Return and Refund Policy

A Return and Refund policy usually consists of:

Item must be reported & returned within 24-48hours after filling out contact form listed above.
Item must not have been worn. Must still be in brand new condition. Item must still have tag attached.
Item can be returned if damaged upon arrival or on our bus behalf. Any merchandise damaged by customer is not our responsibility.
In order to have a return processed, customer has to report within the first 24-48 hours of receiving item by filling out the contact form above, attach picture of damaged item & include receipt number & name + number of the person who made the purchase. Each return will have to go through Roxanne’s(owner) approval. NO EXCEPTIONS
After a return has been approved, the item can be exchanged for an item of equal cost or you can receive a refund. Payment for that return is made through whichever way you made your purchase, so the duration is based on the payment method used.
